Rack Market is a little different to a traditional market. Rather than walking through rows of commercial stalls, you'll be browsing quality secondhand wardrobes from local people across Brisbane.
Every clothing rack and table belongs to a different seller, making every few steps a completely new shopping experience.
Whether you're hunting for designer labels, vintage treasures, everyday basics or something completely unexpected, part of the fun is never knowing what you'll discover next.
How Rack Market Works
Every rack and table is independently owned by a local seller.
When you find something you love, simply have a chat with the person behind the rack. They'll be able to tell you more about the piece, answer any questions and help you complete your purchase.
Because you're buying directly from local people, each seller manages their own payment methods. Many accept PayID, card payments, cash and bank transfer, so it's always worth checking in and asking.
Can I Try Things On?
Absolutely.
We'll have pop-up change rooms and mirrors available throughout the venue.
If you'd like to try something on, simply ask the seller and they'll point you to the nearest change room.
Make a Sunday of It
One of the things people love most about Rack Market is that there's no need to rush.
Browse for a while. Grab lunch.
Order the now-famous dumpling and drink deal for $20 at Stratton. Delicious!
Catch up with friends.
Then head back for another wander.
Some of the best finds happen on your second lap around the room.
And you're always very welcome to come along solo, with your headphones on for a self-care thrift!
